The III Conference on Water Engineering (JIA 2013) will take place in Valencia on October 23-24, 2013.
In its third edition, the JIA conference will be organized by the Department of Hydraulic Engineering and Environment of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain).
The JIA conference is one of the most important discussion forums on hydraulic engineering in Europe.
This event will be a great opportunity for researchers and professionals in this field to meet together and share experiences and knowledge.
Contributions from researchers and professionals, related to the design, construction and management of water and energy infrastructures, will be presented, following five different themes:
River dynamics, reservoirs, estuaries and wetlands.- Hydrology and water management.
- Water and the city.
- Hydraulic infrastructures.
- Protecting against water risks.
Sessions will be conducted in Spanish.
